Teesvalley regeneration is now well underway in 2014 with a host of improvements both socially and economically in 2016. Following their £200 million commitment of private investment, detailed planning consent has been granted to developers BioRegional Quintain for the first of fifteen futuristic buildings. Designed by Will Alsop and FAT Architects, the two buildings launch the RiversideOne development and between them feature 150 apartments and 13,000 sq ft of ground floor office space. Tees Valley regeneration is aimed at improved the local area for UK businesses to flourish.
